Connect Staffing

When we met with the owners of Connect Staffing, they were providing labour hire services as two distinct brands. Connect Health Services provided labour hire services to the health and aged care industries and Elite Hospitality Personnel provided the same services to the hospitality sector.

They found that many of their clients were not aware of the full breadth of their cross sector capabilities and so were missing potential work opportunities. Their team were also finding the application of the brands to be time consuming and inefficient, with separate websites, social media accounts and marketing materials to create and maintain.

In addition, the brands were both dated from a visual standpoint and no longer represented the future business direction. The team felt this was impacting their perceived trustworthiness and professionalism when clients compared them to competitor brands.
