Lock Joint™ is an innovative product that has been stopping displacement in concrete footpaths for over 20 years. Wanting to expand into new markets with confidence, Lock Joint Australia asked us to help them create a refreshed look and online presence for their business.
Lock Joint Australia has an established customer base and history, so while they were eager to modernise their look, they didn't want to lose brand recognition. We worked with them on a refreshed logo design, revised colour palette and new typography styles that were rolled out across all of their marketing and brand collateral. With their new look complete, we also gave them a set of visual brand guidelines to ensure their future materials always look consistent.
Product and installation photos are crucial for showing customers how Lock Joint™ works, so we worked with Jessica Wyld Photography to capture a bank of consistent, branded photos. We supported the process by providing photography inspiration and art direction for the photos that were taken in studio and on-site.
After completing brand discovery and reviewing their existing website, it was clear that Lock Joint Australia's website wasn't accurately representing their company and product line. They didn't have the capacity to easily edit it or make the revisions they wanted, which meant it was rarely updated.

With detailed product pages, reports, case studies and statistics, their website was built to educate, inform and make it fast and easy for potential customers to connect with the Lock Joint Australia team.
Launched on Webflow, the new Lock Joint website is low maintenance, and simple to update and edit as the company grows which will ensure their site is always kept up to date.
