How it works

1. Briefing

We’re not going to pretend we know the nuances of your brand, and to be frank, nobody knows your brand like you do! We ask lots of questions so that we can understand the current state of your brand and where it’s headed. We’ll also ask you to tell us about the visual styles that will help you to communicate your brand experience and personality to your ideal customers. You can include your own examples, or browse our visual identity inspiration libraries.

2. Logo Design

With a clear direction, we’ll create 3 logo concepts for you to choose from. Once you’ve chosen the preferred direction, you’ll have 2 rounds of revisions to finesse it to your liking. Our customers don’t generally use both rounds, but we like to give you the option to use them. At the end of the day, we want you to feel confident that your logo will stand the test of time.

3. Supporting visuals

Next, we will identify your brand’s supporting visual elements including typography styles, colours, iconography styles, photography styles and supporting graphics.

4. Brand Collateral

If you need a helping hand applying your brand across business cards, signage, letterheads, presentations, packaging, email signatures & other brand collateral, we can help. We can also help you create print & digital marketing materials, including social media art, brochures, email marketing templates, invitations & more. Please note, we don't offer this as an isolated service, we only create collateral & marketing materials for our visual identity clients.

5. Visual Guidelines

Your visual guidelines will outline how to implement all of your new visual elements with consistency across your marketing touch points. This includes how to use (and how not to use) your logo, colour palettes and colours, photography direction (lighting, subject, colours), iconography use and supporting graphic use.
